Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping times are:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays:
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or extreme weather. Tactical Goons is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If they’re unable to help, reach out to us at nate@tacticalgoons.com and we’ll assist as best we can.

Shipping Carriers Used:
We typically ship through USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on destination and package size.
